In 2015, the Portland Timbers celebrated their fifth year in MLS and it's fortieth as a club.

I designed a commemorative badge that guided the season's creative. The badge was featured on the team's kit, captain's armband and stadium entrance. Archival player imagery was used within the Seasonal Creative to recount the Timber's storied history.

Axe Photo Series

Over ten-thousand supporters poured into the stadium to have their portrait taken by Creative Director, Jelly Helm and photographer Chris Hornbecker. The beginning of a quinquennial tradition, many supporters returned to have their photo taken again five years after the Timbers inaugural MLS season and the original Axe Photo Series.

Given away on Opening Day, this poster documents every goalscorer since 1975 who earned their share of the Victory Log. Ten videos were cut from historic footage to highlight some of the most inspired moments, including Ryan Pore's sunflower goal and Darlington Nagbe's 2014 Goal of the Year.
